Now I will see if any of you are actually reading my blog: If you know me, you know that I drank lots of coffee and frequented joints like Lazy Bean, where North Jersyers flock to like mad for addictive caffeinated granules in frozen form, with lots of sweet attached. I have cut out coffee entirely. I don't own coffee in my house anymore and I bought several different types of tea to make the switch. I want to see if it makes a difference in my skin over time (according to renowned dermatologist Nicholas Perricone, MD), coffee is a no-no when it comes to wrinkle wreckage. I also want to see if my migraines are fewer and farther between as a result. I find that coffee makes my heart race and makes me feel a little anxious too. If I go above 2 cups, I shake like a leaf. Write to me if you experience the same. Coffee, tea or me? I'll take the latter two of the 3.
